  Some Interview Pointers
An interview is the most important part of the entire recruitment process. The interviewer must make sure that the base of the process is solid to ensure a good employer and employeee relation in the future. A little preparation before an interview will ensure the performance of the process.

Interview Pointers:
 Prepare a questionaire in advance.
 Remember to brief others who will be involved in the process.
 Interview must be held in a closed and private environment.
 Make sure that the candidate is at ease and under no stress.
 Start by briefing the candidate about he organization.
 Ask interactive questions and let the candidate do most of the talking.
 Make sure that the questions are job or objective related, clear and meaningful to the candidate.
 Cross check CV/resume details by asking related questions.
 In case you have a detailed resume of a candidate in advance, if possible, authenticate them by necessary means especially for higher positions.
 Educate the candidate about the requirements and expectations of the position and the organization.
 Clear any douts or queries that the candidate has regarding the interview.
 While closing the interview, let the candidate know if you are interested in him/her.
 Rate the candidate and discuss your observations and how the candidate can fit in the organization with other members involved in the process.
